We at ‘My Very Own Picture’ hope that you will be entirely happy with your purchase. We stand behind our service, our products and our customers. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely happy, please let us know the problem and we will try our best to sort it out. You may return your purchase to us within 7 days of receipt if it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided it is in new condition and in its original packaging. Please include:

  1. A copy of the original online sales receipt with your return – without that information we cannot process your return or exchange. 
  2.  The ‘About the Artist’ that came with your print.

If you purchased more than one print, please make sure you put the correct  ‘About the Artist’, with your returning print.  Please ensure that you inspect your package for any signs of damage before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit.

Upon receipt My Very Own Picture will refund the costs. Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. It is however the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item to us and bear the associated costs. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

Please review and check your order carefully. Double check all your spelling, dates and names throughout each phase of the checkout process. What about damaged items? 
We take the greatest care when it comes to packaging your goods, each picture has heavy duty corner protectors and  bubble wrap,  before wrapping in brown paper packing. However on rare occasions items could possibly be damaged in transit. Should you receive an item that has been damaged please contact us immediately at customerdesk@myveryownpicture.com  However, it is up you each customer to inspect the parcel before signing for it - if the package is visibly damaged on the outside DO NOT sign for it. Send it back with the courier company, call or email us and we will arrange a priority replacement.
